Trout from Norway

The trout from Norway is the rainbow trout which is matured in the clear, cold Norwegian fjords, where seawater meets fresh water. This gives the trout a distinct tenderness and flavor. The trout has a red-orange color with white marbling. The fish can be used in both cold and hot dishes.
